General Regulations (some articles are omitted)
Article 1. This Association, called Shintō-jūshin-kai, was founded by Zenyū Nagao to transmit and spread Daitō-ryū Aiki-jūjutsu Yamamoto-Kakuyoshi-ha, Mugen-shintō-ryū Iaijutsu, and Aizu-han-denkei Ono-ha Ittō-ryū Kenjutsu, which were inherited by Sōkaku Takeda and Kakuyoshi Yamamoto. It also recognizes and oversees local dojos established for the same purpose.
Article 2. The head office of the Association shall be located at 13-19 Umeda-cho, Shimizu-ku, Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture, at the residence of Yasuhide Hiraoka (martial arts name: 平岡祥淑, generally 平岡靖英), who has been appointed by Zenyū Nagao as the Representative of the Association. The secretariat shall be located at 842-38 Seki, Shirako-machi, Chosei-gun, Chiba Prefecture, at the residence of Tomohiro Ishikawa, who has been appointed by Zenyū Nagao as Vice Representative.
Article 3. Each branch dojo shall be managed by an authorized instructor with the Official Instructor Certificate or equivalent person, who is approved by the Representative Yasuhide Hiraoka.

 

Detailed Regulations of Operation
Article 2: Dan Promotion Regulations
A regular license signed and sealed by the representative shall be issued by the head office, and the stipulated fee for dan promotion shall be paid to the head office. Dan promotion fees for each style are as follows:
1st dan: 10,000 yen, 2nd dan: 15,000 yen, 3rd dan: 20,000 yen, 4th dan: 25,000yen,
5th dan: 30,000yen, and so on up to 7th dan.
Article 3 Dan Eligibility
The authorised instructors or supervisors of each dojo may certify dan ranks for practitioners who are or are older than junior high school students according to the progress of each member and inquire Shintō-jūshin-kai for confirmation.
Article 6 New Members
Membership shall be effective upon submission of the application and payment of the admission fee of 3,000 yen to Shintō-jūshin-kai. New members shall be exempt from the annual membership fee for the year of admission (see Article 7).

 

Article 7. Membership List and Annual Fees
    The membership list and annual fees shall be as follows:
(1) When newly registering to the membership list, the member shall pay the annual membership fee of 3,000 yen per member to the head office.
(2) Membership shall be extended upon payment of annual fees.
Article 10. Suspension and Withdrawal from the Membership                      
(1) In principle, annual membership fee shall not be charged for those who are in self-suspension.
(2) Any member who has been absent from membership for more than one year from the date of absence shall be deemed to have withdrawn from membership at the member's own will.
(3) If a member indicates their intention to withdraw from the association, or if the membership fee has not been paid for more than two years, or if the member's whereabouts are unknown for more than one year, the membership shall be automatically terminated.
(4) Expulsion from membership shall be imposed in the event of any violation of the Shintō-jūshin-kai Regulations.
Article 13 Personal Accident and Liability Insurance                     
(1) In each dojo, members shall subscribe to injury insurance and/or liability insurance (e.g., "Sports Safety Insurance" by the Sports Safety Association of Japan, etc.).
(2) The expenses incurred for subscription shall be handled by each dojo.
